TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Deposit & cancellation; Payment & Privacy policy

  Lahar Sika Wilderness recommends hunt insurance in case you need to cancel your booking

DEPOSIT - An immediate deposit of 30% or $1,500 (whichever is the greater) is required to confirm your hunt dates.

A) If you cancel your hunt BEFORE November 1st in the year before you hunt, you will incur a 10% loss of your deposit. Or the     deposit can be 100% credited (once) toward a future hunt before the end of the following season only.

B) If you cancel your hunt AFTER November 1st in the year before you hunt, you will incur a 50% loss of deposit. The remaining     deposit will be returned or may be credited (once) toward a future hunt before the end of the following season only.

C) If you cancel your hunt after the 1st of January in the same year as your booked hunt, you will incur a total loss of your deposit and     you will need to start a new booking.

D) Donated or Auction hunts, these hunts are booked without a deposit as above.

-If you are unable to undertake your hunt it can be transferred once only to another party.

-Or it can be advanced, once only, to the next years hunt season at an extra cost of US $500

-If you cancel your banquet auction booking NO refund is due from Lahar Sika Wilderness



Payments by - (note - Local or foreign checks are no longer accepted in our bank )

A) Cash  New Zealand or foreign cash

B) Cards Secure bank Visa or Master card facility available

C) Direct Debit/Internet banking Foreign or Internet banking details for international or New Zealand transfers will be forwarded when     you book
